Great! Very professional, they gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrived, didn't pressure me to do more work than necessary like replacing the entire unit (which is 16 years old), and I felt like they were honest.

It went great.  Now I can do laundry with hot water on all washer levels due to the new plumbing.  They even added another length of pipe to facilitate drainage without extra charge.
