Appliance Repair
edCalled on 11/4/14 for service. Came told us what was wrong. Said he had to order the parts. Two weeks later called him. Said he was waiting for parts (I called Sears and the parts were readily available.) Called again on 12/4/14 and still no parts. Called on 12/9/14 and he said he would be out either 12/18 or 19/14. Never called. Never showed. Called Sears and their guy was here on 12/24/14 and the microwave was fixed. I would avoid at all costs based on this experience.
One other time he came on to fix washing machine dial. Said he fixed it. I paid him. He did nothing it still will not work for extended washes. Dial will only turn on for basic wash. Terrible.
