He also reported that the system has been inspected. After buying a house I realized that the side buried irrigation pipe burst, and all my backyard is flooded when the irrigation is on. It is a serious water leakage and impossible not to be seen if it was properly checked. Unfortunately, the builder home insurance did not cover it, and it causes me a big loss and fixing cost. I do not recommend it! "
