Dan was on time and ready to work. The quality of his work was fantastic as he took his time and really went into detail inside and out. He made sure to document all that he saw as well as any concerns that we may have had. He gave us a detailed report and summary that I was then able to use to submit to our builder. His knowledge and experience in this field truly shows in all his does. Would recommend his inspection for any home!

I would recommend Hitt Home Inspections to anyone coming upon their one year warranty. In the past, I owned my own company building custom homes. I watched my new home construction very closely. Hitt Home Inspections found several items, I did not catch which most likely would have become problems with costly repairs several years down the road. I turned the complete report over to my builder they immediately responded to correct everything Hitt Home inspections found, without question. Hitt Home inspections price was far better than others. Hitt Home Inspection came out on short notice and outside of their normal territory to assist with the home inspection. Dan took the time to go over the operations of the pool equipment as well as discussing the other items within the report. In addition, Dan pointed out other non-report items that potentially could be issues such as the direction of the gates where a pool is involved. While I am not looking forward to buying another house in the near future, I would totally recommend Hitt Home Inspection being the company to come out and inspect the biggest financial purchase for my family.

Dan walked my entire roof and even inspected it from inside the Attic space. He did a great job! He scheduled me quick, within a couple days, was very professional and thorough. He found things the roofer did not do and tried to get away not doing things but charging me anyway. The roofer had not replaced items he was charging me for and did a lousy job on some of the things he should have done that are very important to the safety of my home in the long run. There were 3 decking boards that were broken inward, but were covered by the felt and shingles without repair, that you would only know by going in the attic, but who would check that...right? Dan would. That is why I really appreciate everything he did for me. He saved me a lot of money because I went back to the roofer with the official report that the roofer could not dispute. I have yet to hear from the roofer to take care of these things. Luckily I had not given the roofer the final check yet. I am truly grateful.

Great experience overall! Dan was able to work with my busy schedule. He took the time to have a phone call with me at the time that worked best for me where he explained line by line what his report was about. He was very professional and great person to talk to. I also liked the fact that he recommended certain companies for the repairs that the home needed.

I waited until 30 days after we had moved in to review Mr Hitt's services.  Having been here for a month Mr Hitt's reports was thorough and complete.  We have not encountered any issues he had not already noted. His detailed report with photographs was very helpful as a new homeowner when starting a maintenance to do list as well as things to keep an eye on.  Thank you Mr Hitt.
