My wife and I are buying a house and needed to do the home inspection. Through research we found Robert, and his profile stood out and decided to hire him. We are glad we did. On his website, it was super easy to schedule and select the services we wanted. He showed up on time for the inspection, and thoroughly covered every inch of the nearly 4000 sqft house. He was focused and detailed oriented all throughout the inspection. At the end of the inspection, he explained which were the most critical issues that needed to be addressed, and emailed us with a list of those items. We got a fast turnaround on the full report, which was much more than we expected. Very thorough, detailed, professional, and with spot-on findings. We asked some questions and got another quick turnaround on the response. At this point, we had all the explanations we needed and felt very confident with the data he provided and the recommendations he made. Robert is an extremely thorough inspector. I don't know how he gets all the work done in 3 to 4 hours, but he does! This is the 2nd time I have used his services and would recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough unbiased opinion of property condition.

They were actually awesome. Wonderful. They were the best that I could imagine an inspector doing. I did not price shop because the quality of the job is important to me but I feel their price was very reasonable. I would not buy a house without using them. They are meticulous and that is one of their top qualities. They are very good at explaining everything to the home owner including things that you can do to improve your property. The inspection took about 3 hours. The inspector was very professional, informative and helpful. They also used shoe covers to protect the floors. This is the second time I have used them.

Robert did a fantastic job inspecting our prospective home. He was punctual, thorough, pleasant to work with and patiently answered all of the questions I had regarding the home and items that he found. His written report was easy to understand and broke out each deficiency with recommendations on whether the item was a code violation, wasn't a code violation but needed to be addressed immediately, and those that could be addressed at a later date. I had questions on future structural changes I was thinking of performing and he gave honest feedback on which were doable and where I might run into issues. He also gave information on specific items that were commonly overpriced in the area. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to my friends/family.

Robert arrived promptly on the appointed day and explained the process, which would take 2 to 2.5 hours. He was personable and professional. He was very thorough and explained things to me as he went along. At the end he recapped the most significant findings and explained what needed to be done. Two days later, he sent me a comprehensive 24-page report complete with pictures. Robert has a lot of experience doing home inspections and did an excellent job.

I've used them multiple times as I buy rental homes.  He left me all his contact information so that I could reach him. There was actually an electrical issue after I purchased the home and he was helpful. after the service, with helping me find someone to fix the issue. They are very professional and concerned that I knew everything about the home before I purchased it. The worker was very professional and clean.  He was everything I would expect of someone coming into my home.

We had a wonderful experience with Robert at Aadvanced Inspections Inc. He provided us with a thorough and detailed inspection report for a 60 year-old house we are buying. We were able to get the seller to agree to hundreds of dollars in repairs because Robert was detailed in explaining why the repairs were needed. We had him come back to re inspect the house after repairs were made. He was able to fit us in to his schedule on rather short notice, and he clearly explained which of the repairs passed reinspection and which were still deficient. He is very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about construction and code requirements. Even our real estate agent commented on his attention to detail, and said that he would refer Robert to other home buyers. I highly recommend Aadvanced Inspections!

Robert was extremely professional and meticulous. Robert found many items needing correction, including several safety and operational issues in areas a normal homeowner may not sufficiently observe, have the tools to observe, or even consider observation. In cases where Robert found deficiencies, he most often had considered and complete answers as to "how" to most effectively rectify the issues. Robert took the time to outline details, explain why issues were indeed issues, and became a trusted advisor and consultant by providing insightful and useful information real-time. Robert took time to physically show me issues in several instances, so I fully understand the implications, something a simple written report may not fully convey. As promised, Robert provided the formal written report, with greater detail and notated pictures in some instances, well within 24 hours after the job was completed. Highly recommended.

Robert's inspection performed was excellent!  He was very professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and went out of his way to explain to me the condition of the house.  His findings and recommendations were very helpful and allowed me to make logical decisions in preparation of the punch list.  I highly recommend him for his excellent skills and work performed.  I'd definitely reach out to him again if I ever need home inspection services in the future.

Robert was great! He worked with us to get a slight discount for purchasing all 3 services (home+termite+foundation). He replied to my emails and answered my questions prior to meeting at the house. He called me in advance to let me know that he was running a little bit late. After a thorough review of the home we discussed all of the larger issues that he discovered. He answered all of our questions. He provided additional paperwork (recommended service providers, security system providers, tax information, etc.), which we greatly appreciated. The report was in my email inbox before the end of the day. He even checked in with me a week later to see if I had any more questions. My only negative comment is that the report could have been written a little bit better. Sometimes he would write in shorthand notes or with incorrect grammar such that we would have to read the paragraph a few times to understand what he was saying. Regardless, I would still recommend Robert's services. Thank you Robert, we closed on our home yesterday!

We had a unique situation and needed an inspection done on short notice during our option period. Robert and his staff bent over backwards to make it work during our time constraints. He is super knowledgeable and did an excellent job taking the time to explain all of his findings during the inspection. It was important to us that he had many years of experience providing home inspections but also had experience as a builder so he knows all the ins and outs of what it takes to make a solid structure. He wasn't the cheapest inspector available but was reasonably priced given his knowledge and experience. You can't go wrong using Robert for your home inspection and we would definitely be recommend him to anyone.
