"We had two excellent experiences with Vance’s company his week, both related to our roof. We had a tankless water heater installed by another company and they use Vance’s company for the roof work related to the vent lines. Mike did a beautiful job on the vent lines. But then he went the extra mile and did a pretty thorough inspection of our roof and the fireplace chimney cap. Our roof is in generally good condition at seven years old, but needed some TLC - sealing, caulking, etc. And the fireplace chimney cap had been bugging me for years! Not anymore!
