I called AM Roofing, he set up an appointment and came right over. Went on the roof, showed me where shingles were loose and could be lifted during heavy winds and rains. If repaired could prevent future leaks and further roof repair or replacement. Gave me a two-year warranty, and repaired the roof the same day. The price was reasonable and within budget. I put years of life on the existing room at a time when replacement costs of a roof would be higher during the present state of higher material costs!"

We had a tankless water heater installed by another company and they use Vance’s company for the roof work related to the vent lines. Mike did a beautiful job on the vent lines.
