"Extraordinary, and I don't use that word often. Another company was supposed to replace my toilets. They were part of the install package from Home Depot. They were over 2 hrs late twice. And both times, they only sent one person to replace and haul away four toilets -- two of which are upstairs. One of the guys even admitted that he didn't feel safe doing this project on his own, and estimated that it would take him over 6 hours. I switched to MET based on my father's recommendation and Angie's List. They were more expensive, but I believe that you get what you pay for. Byron and Eric were amazing. They gave me a quote, then quickly replaced all four toilets in less than 2.5 hours -- including hauling away my other toilets. They left everything clean and pristine. They were very courteous and very professional. And they also fixed two of my faucets that were sputtering water as a bonus! MET as a company was also very professional.
