"Extraordinary, and I don't use that word often. Another company was supposed to replace my toilets. They were part of the install package from Home Depot. They were over 2 hrs late twice. And both times, they only sent one person to replace and haul away four toilets -- two of which are upstairs. One of the guys even admitted that he didn't feel safe doing this project on his own, and estimated that it would take him over 6 hours. I switched to MET based on my father's recommendation and Angie's List. They were more expensive, but I believe that you get what you pay for. Byron and Eric were amazing. They gave me a quote, then quickly replaced all four toilets in less than 2.5 hours -- including hauling away my other toilets. They left everything clean and pristine.
