"Troy Watts came out and searched for the source of the leak. It did not take him long to determine that it was coming from the toilet in the adjoining bathroom. A price was quoted and I approved the work. There were multiple issues with the toilet mounting and Troy repaired them all without an increase in the quote. "Very well. Paul and John were right on time when they said they would be. Another company had come out 3 days before for the same problem, supposedly cleaned the sewer line and told me I would have to replace the line because it was damaged. His cleaning job lasted a whole 3 days before the line backed up again.. Paul spent a good deal of time thoroughly cleaning the sewer out and unlike the previous plumber, found the cause of the problem. A piece of chicken wire had made its way into the sewer line and eventually blocked it. So for $300.00 I was saved from having to spend a possible $3000.00 for line replacement. "No issues on the install.  Trey and his helper arrived on time (they called about 15 minutes before they arrived).  They got down to work right away.  One toilet was removed with no issue but the other took a bit more work.  Trey was concerned the flange may be broken.  Eventually Trey was able to get the toilet removed and it turned out the fasteners were spinning in place (flange was not broken).  It only took a short time to see that Trey really did have a lot of experience as a plumber despite being a young man.  Overall, it went really well. They also cleaned up really well before they left and hauled the older toilets away.
Afterwards, I asked Trey to take a look at our water heater, dishwasher and kitchen sink as we hope to replace these in the near future.  I then called Lee (Owner) and he was able to add a bit more information for me to review.
