"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving.
