A MONTH LATER OF PROMISES - which basically is just Window World Houston speak for LIES! - The shoddy work has still not been fixed. The lies continue. After a month of promises, the door should have been installed today, and YET AGAIN, another lie, they suddenly are not able to do it today. Considering I bought and paid for this door 6 months ago, and they couldn't write down on the order what I asked for, they tried to tell me they can paint the CUSTOM DOOR, because who wants what they ordered, right? Now, they have been telling me the door would be installed on November 2nd, yet it is NOVEMBER 25th, and I am no closer to getting my door. STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!! Literally go ANYWHERE but to them. Funny how they have a 1.3-star rating on YELP and other review sites, yet a 4.7-star rating on Google.
