"I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."

The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer.
