"If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"

"Had Jose come by to get an estimate on getting the entire shower stall done. When he got here we talked about what we wanted done and he showed us pictures of samples of what it would most likely look like and he would get back with us on the estimate.. Then my wife and I started talking about how good it was going to look .We started looking around and decided why not go ahead and have the entire bathroom done to give it a fresh new look...contacted Jose to let him know that we wanted to expand the scope of the job......he gave us an second estimate for the added work and we went from there . We were very satisfied with the completed work. The bathroom looks fantastic. Have used JY HANDYMAN SERVICES a couple of times now and will use them again. Jose and his crew do excellent work and they make sure its done right and things are cleaned up. Also like to thank his wife for keeping us informed and updated on the what's and the when's things were going to happen. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"I was contacted by the dispatcher as scheduled and told that Michael was on his way and he arrived according to the appointment. I explained the project and showed him the sink, faucet and garbage disposal I had acquired and asked for his opinion. He suggested a different faucet which he could provide. He explained the basis of his recommendation. His price of $604 for the faucet, including installation and warrantee was more than I was willing to pay, although the quality may well have been worth it; I have no way of knowing.
I asked him to continue with an estimate using my supplied materials. As I indicated above, the total was more than I was expecting. Throughout, he was courteous and professional and did not try to pressure me into decisions I was not ready to make.

"I used a coupon they offered to get some small but numerous projects done. It went very well. I had quite a "honey-do" list and most of the projects were completed. A few of the items were outside the scope of the coupon, requiring a bit more time and were better quoted separately which I understood perfectly. The were very nice, professional, took pride in their work and didn't attempt anything they may have damaged my home. For example, I had to replace a defective bathroom faucet installed around tile. They explained that although it was a relatively simple job, they would not be able to do it because of the grout around the screw that would require some time to carefully remove. As it is, they will need to come back to do some other work pending an estimate for the work. (installing a dishwasher and replacing wood rot around the garage door. All in all, very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them."

"The Basement Kings finished their LARGE job this morning, and I can’t praise them enough! They had a long, difficult job, but no complaints. When they discovered a problem, they fixed it. No problem, that’s their job. They found the water problem had a lot to do with drainage, so they worked outside in cold & rain & developed a system to carry water away from the house. That, to me, was over & above, but they said their main objective was to get & keep the basement dry, so they did what they had to do with no complaints. Now you can’t ask for better than that - they give their all! I am totally amazed!!"
