I recently had a new water heater installed by Precision Plumbing. The booking was smooth and the company promptly responded to my inquiry. The technicians arrived within the specified timeframe and completed the install within time frame provided. They made sure to protect the area and cleaned up after the job was completed. The technicians were professional and I will definitely call again with future plumbing issues!

Jay arrived within the promised time frame and diagnosed possible reasons for the problem. He quickly found the problem and did quality work to resolve the issue.

The veteran discount could have been better but some of the other contractors didnâ t offer any discount at all. The work was done vary well. The placed floor covering down. They replaced all flexible piping and a new ball valve to the water heater.

Jay and Josh were Ultra professional. They were the 3rd estimate and they beat all others and were hired immediately. They are the reason Iâ m glad I got 3 estimates as had I went with the 1st 2 I wouldnâ t have gotten such an amazing experience. One of the great things I will say is usually you can tell as we can all can what (Iâ m sorry for the reference) â sleazy salespeople are like. They were the opposite of that they were comfortable talking to me and you could tell they werenâ t trying to get over on me. Great job Highly recommended!!
