For nearly 20 years Renaissance Windows & Doors has been Houston, and the surrounding areas first choice for residential window and door replacement products and installation. Our windows and doors are manufactured by the most trusted brands in the industry like Marvin, Marvin Infinity, Sierra Pacific, Jeld-Wen, and ProVia to name just a few. Whether you are looking for wood, fiberglass, bronze, aluminum clad, or vinyl windows we have an option for you. Our process is simple. One of our in home consultants will come out to meet with you and go over your options. Once you’ve made your selections we’ll have your product custom made and ready for installation by one of our Installation Masters Certified Installers. Every product we sell comes with a manufacturer warranty, and as an added value Renaissance also provides a warranty on each and every install. "I'm glad you are pleased with the quality of work that we did. I am sorry that you don't feel that your purchase was worth the value of your new windows. We never make claims that your electricity bills we be lower. It has been proven through engineers and testing that the fiberglass windows that you purchased are twice as energy efficient than the single pane wood windows that you originally had in your home. There are many factors that go into your electric bill. Some exterior surfaces are more efficient than others, the temperature you keep your thermostat on, how often the doors open throughout the day, the efficiency of your A/C unit, just to name a few. You have probably noticed that the rooms in your home are more comfortable since installing the new windows. You probably are not experiencing drafts like you did before and the house is probably much quieter than before. We did apply your discount, but it is not our policy to continue to discount the job after the contract has been signed. I know you wanted to negotiate the price after the job was installed. As for your warranty, it is transferrable for the time remaining on the warranty - it is one of the best in the industry. We are always here for you. "We are thrilled that you are pleased with your windows and the service you received. On difficult installations such as yours, when we are three stories up and with a stucco exterior, we would rather have to pull off moulding rather than damage stucco, which is much more costly to repair. Some windows can be very difficult to remove and damage is sometimes unavoidable. We are glad we were able to avoid damage to any other windows. Thank you for your business and your feedback. Preserving the opening and the trim work around it is always our goal. We want it to look like we were never there and that the new windows are original to the structure.
