"Lopez said I need a need part for my shower faucet that was dripping. He came back the next day and said he replaced the new part. Mt shower continued to drip. Lopez came back twice and it continued to drip, so I called "I Love Plumbing" in the San Fernando Valley, who showed me that I had the same old part. It never was replaced. My shower no longer dripped after "I Love Plumbing replaced the part. Lopez charged me $225.00 and won't refund my money for being a scammer. Watch out for him. He also wanted to do a job replacing the pipes under my house for $5,000, another scam. I checked with another plumber and I don't need that done.Is it worth it to ruin your name because you are a scammer?"

While the techs that we're on-site were very nice, they mentioned that there was a nail next to our pipe that had a pin hole leak in the report which caused a denial from the home warranty. Even after they said it was probably wear and tear the fact that it was included made us have to pay out-of-pocket. When we started an appeal with the home warranty company a completely different person, named fred, that we had never talked to before nor was out at the house fixing the leak made up some story about recent construction in the same area that was not true to make it where the home warrenty company would not cover the costs again."
