"I wished I had hired the Water Dr. before I installed my water softener. He and his team were very professional and knowledgeable when it came to my system. He not just identified but fixed the problems associated with my last installation company. "Doug showed up on time and got quickly to work. He inspected the water softener, found the leak, fixed it and cleaned up afterwards. Then he got to work on the kitchen sink leak which was resolved by tightening the faucet housing. Doug answered all my questions and even showed me how to DIY if these problems arise in the future, which saves me both time and money. I've used George Plumbing services for the past 10+ years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I trust them completely."

"The sales rep took several water testsâ ¦ The sales rep took several water tests and showed me the results. She told me that I needed more than just a water softener. I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."

"Our garage had water all over the floor. We had no idea if a pipe had broken in a wall or if there was a slab leak. My call was promptly answered and even though it was two days before Thanksgiving, they were able to send a technician out that day. He discovered the clogged softener drain pipe and cleaned it out. All is working perfectly. I must add that the tech got stuck in traffic in Austin,but, I was called and told that he would be later than expected. He arrived at 7p.m.cheerful and happy to help us. I was very impressed with his dedication.

"Fast response and very professional. First thing they wear the plastic shoe cover before entering the house, during remove and install the kitchen faucet, they have the bucket and put big drop cloth down, after the new faucet installed, they even checked the pressure on the water softener tank to make sure everything is connected back in order. cleaned the area up upon leaving the project, Clint and his helper did a wonderful job. Very pleased with their service."
