"WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I had a sidelight window by my front door broken. Called Thad Ziegler Glass on 1/15 to have a replacement. They came measured, took the color of the dividers. Several weeks later at the beginning of February the window was ready to be installed. I took the day off work to be home. The installer arrived an immediately told me the color for the dividers was ordered incorrectly, brushed silver instead of champagne. I'm not sure how it was received in or made it out for install expect for poor product control. But I was told it would be several more weeks and would be reordered. I called 2 weeks later to check status. Was told it was on order and I would be called. Called YESTERDAY 03/07 and was told my order ticket had been lost and they were fixing and would call me back that afternoon. Crickets, no call. I called this morning to cancel the entire order. After 2 months of not being able to get a simple sidelight replaced there is no way I would ever let this company do a larger job. It is a carnival of folies at that place. If you're a builder or just normal consumer I'd google another company."
