WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I had a sidelight window by my front door broken. Called Thad Ziegler Glass on 1/15 to have a replacement. They came measured, took the color of the dividers. Several weeks later at the beginning of February the window was ready to be installed. I took the day off work to be home. The installer arrived an immediately told me the color for the dividers was ordered incorrectly, brushed silver instead of champagne. I'm not sure how it was received in or made it out for install expect for poor product control. But I was told it would be several more weeks and would be reordered. I called 2 weeks later to check status. Was told it was on order and I would be called. Called YESTERDAY 03/07 and was told my order ticket had been lost and they were fixing and would call me back that afternoon. Crickets, no call. I called this morning to cancel the entire order. After 2 months of not being able to get a simple sidelight replaced there is no way I would ever let this company do a larger job. It is a carnival of folies at that place. If you're a builder or just normal consumer I'd google another company.

Folks were not helpful. Initial order was "lost". Initial mirrors were scratched and required replacement. Order scheduled for two week delivery is still pending more than 7 weeks later. I am encouraging all I know who are in the market for glass to avoid this company.

While it took a while to get the product, it was perfect and installed correctly, Also, they advised us that it would take a while to have the enclosure manufactured, especially since we wanted the drip resistant coating. Allow plenty of time to receive the product.

They were 15 minutes early and out in 45 minutes. This time included cleaning the work area.

It went well.

We needed to have glass replaced for an outdoor dining table. The glass was expensive, but the estimate was on parr with other estimates. When I first called the company there were issues with their phone line but using caller ID the manager called me back. The technicians were very professional and experts at what they do. The same technicians came out for the estimate and performed the work. They also went out of their way to finds missing part for he umbrella stand so it wouldn't break the new glass. Highly recommend.

We replaced our 25-yr. old shower enclosure with a new all-glass one. The Ziegler technicians came to the house, made all the measurements and discussed our options for the new installation. We then visited their showroom and selected the fittings we preferred. They called us with a quote that we accepted. The enclosure was fabricated in Colorado and shipped to the Ziegler office. This took about 10 days. We scheduled an installation at a convenient time. The techs showed up on time and did a very nice job. The item was exactly as we ordered, the work went smoothly and professionally. There was no residue or trash left after they finished. We were very pleased with the job.

The repair man called in advance and gave an estimate as to when he would arrive on day of. He was very prompt. He explained to me what he was going to do and had all the necessary tools and equipment with him. That's rare. He completed his work, let me inspect it and that was that.
