The Granite looks beautiful! Ernest was gracious to hold my granite piece for 4 months while I shopped for new cabinets. He was careful to measure my granite carefully to avoid damage to my walls. The installation went smooth and the crew made sure I was happy with the caulking and silicon. I'll be looking to this company for my children's bathroom remodeling.

I liked the service. They came and gave us the cost. They had what we needed. The material that we need was good quality job and the good quality material. They did what they said they would do. They were good for what we needed. We were going to have them back for some more work.

Proposal was right on-target, trade personnel and Ernest arrived on-time and job was very professionally completed the same day. While it was a smaller job than a previous master bath remodeling project that Ernest and team completed for us in Jan 2012, the workmanship and professionalism still rated high. Slight problem with the fit on the vanity top but that was corrected immediately.

While we were pleased with the overall end product, we experienced significant delays with the install and finishing. The demo work was completed ahead of schedule and very clean. The delay started with the plumbing and tile work. The project was supposed to only last 7-10 work days, however it wasn't completed until after two months of part-time work. The delays were purely scheduling and availability of technicians and time management. While we were very happy with the end product, we were not pleased with the delays. At the end of the project, Mr Guzman offered a financial remedy as a result of the delays we experienced and to off-set the costs we incurred during the two months. Overall, the bathroom transformation was just what we had hoped for. We transitioned from and quot;basic builder whiteand quot; to a custom designed bathroom with spa touches. The highlight of the transformation was the tile work, custom shower enclosure and custom vanity tops, which Mr Guzman's company manufactured for our bathroom.

We have a good relationship with Mr Guzman and have contracted with him for another but much smaller job. We have learned what questions to ask and to clearly document expectations.

Ernest responded to ny request for an estimate in a timely and professional manner, he kept the appointment and listened to what we wanted done, he asked questions to ensure he understood and made suggestions. The day the remodel started Ernest came to the house with Juan (contractor) and went over the scope of work to ensure he knew what should be done. Sometimes In the evenings Ernest would come by to ensure the project was going as planned.The work lasted about 10 days. Ernest was very nice and professional. Juan the contractor was very nice and did a great job on the tile work. I will definitely use them again, I'm looking for the Tile for them to do my guest bathroom. I have referred them to one of my friends that came and saw the work.

They were very professional when they quoted the job. They stuck to the timeline that they gave me. There is still one or two things that need to be finished. They did a very good job.

Earnest coordinated with me to remove portions of old counter-top so other contractors could install a new door and cut concrete to provide electricity to new island counter-top, then came back to install new cabinets and revise existing cabinets. He then installed the new Silestone counter-top. He was very easy to work with and did everything he promised and more.
