They were good. They showed up and they gave me a quote on the spot. They fixed it on the spot. They glued it to hold the crack. They were professional and on time. I've had no problems at all.

It was pretty expensive. It was about $800. They were able to give me a quote on the spot. I didn't have to wait for more than 15-20 minutes. They explained the process. It seemed like they were very competitive.

Window replacement went smoothly. Technician was on time, professional and was clearly the expert. He didn't mind me watching and learning.

They were very helpful in helping me resolve an issue. They were excellent because they spent time with me trying to figure out what my needs were and the best way to resolve it.

It went extremely well and much quicker than anticipated at a much more reasonable cost than anticipated. Of course, I estimated when this work was done. It could very well have been before June 2012, but since I was pushed to write this, I just guessed.

It is such a relief to have a professional job done quickly and to my satisfaction. Everyone was courteous and showed up on time!

They have a military discount which was awesome. They were very cheap and they let me order the glass prior to their work. All I had to do was just call them and pick up the glass which I ordered online or on the phone telling them when I need it. I can pick it up because it was ready on the same day. I didn't have to go in and order it, I just did it over the phone and it was easy. It was amazing and I was very satisfied. I give them 5 out of 5 stars and the quality is very good.

Our home got broken into through our patio door. we wanted to find out what it would cost to replace the glass. They quoted us a price and it was high but we were replacing double pane glass. Also gave us a time frame on how long it would take to get the glass. We ended up replacing the patio door by closing it end and putting in a medal door and security screen door.

It was a Saturday morning and my lawn service came to mow the lawn. As they were working, I heard a loud noise as a rock hit my sliding glass door, but did not see anything amiss. About an hour later I opened my front door and heard the back sliding glass door shatter! It was super hot outside and it was a Saturday afternoon. I could only find two glass companies that did emergency service on the weekend. One never called and Thad Ziegler called quickly. They came immediately, were fast, nice, and professional.

I was able to quickly get an appointment and an estimate. Once we agreed upon the price and window replacement, the windows were ordered. It took a little longer because of the special order glass for two windows. Another appointment was set and the repairwoman was able to complete the job in a few hours. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the employees were very knowledgeable.

I dropped the order off Friday and picked it up Monday. They were very quick about getting me in and out. They were punctual and it arrived when they said it would. The price was a little high but they did a great job.

I've used TZG for a few jobs and I'll use them for many more. My first experience was fixing a windshield chip. They were quick, courteous, and reasonable. I was in and out and couldn't find a blemish where the chip used to be. I've used them for a couple of jobs around the house as well. The most recent was updating our shower with a and quot;seamlessand quot; door that really improved our bathroom aesthetically. I won't hesitate to give Thad a call the next time we have the need.

I gave the exact dimensions of the walls with the mirrors over the phone and received a quote sight unseen of $380. I had no experience with this kind of work so I had no idea what was involved or how long it would take. The two men showed up and took the mirrors down and hauled them away. It took them an hour and 45 minutes. Their regular rate for two men per hour is $95 so the job would have cost $166 if paid by the hour. The men were polite and efficient and did a nice quick job - no argument at all there. When I asked about the cost, the owner said the customer is given a choice of hourly or by the job and many choose by the job to avoid surprises. It think it works the other way and they are the one's who avoid any surprises. Over the phone they figure what the job might cost and then double it to insulate themselves. I was not given that hourly choice so I was taken advantage of. If it was $50 or $75 difference I'd understand, but more than double the real cost is unfair. My advice is to make sure you get an onsite estimate (not over the phone,) go by the hour, be there to supervise, and shop around and compare.

Prompt on service call, estimate, delivery and installation. Very professional individuals that did the installation. Couldn't be more pleased.

Emailed them via Angie's List on 4-5-12 asking for information and NEVER got a respone back from them via email or phone. :(

The technicians came out and did a rough estimate. They told me a quote would be available in 10 working days. The technician stated if I decided to order with the company, they would have to return to get accurate measurement. Obviously that would require me to make another appointment and waste more of my time. Estimated a Frameless to the ceiling $2887.75 / Framed and Header $2343.52 (estimate received 19 Sep).

They aren't cheap but they did a wonderful job. They did the job for exactly what they quoted. They spent time explaining and they were very professional. They just did a very good job. I would recommend them and use them again. They were not the cheapest but I thought I got my money's worth.

Very well. They had originally given an estimate over the phone after coming to house., but I decided to visit store to look at what other products were available. Very courteous and responsive. Ended up going with more expensive product, but very pleased with the new look. I was happy because there were no surprises at all, everything was exactly was promised.

They had a great price, great service and the work was quick. Everything was great.

I got them because they had done the original work about 40 years ago. I wasn’t pleased with them. They chipped out the window that they replaced and installed it anyway. I wouldn’t recommend them nor would I hire them again.

They were on time, professional, and very courteous. However, their estimate of $1500 was too high. They did not call me when they were supposed to either.

I was very pleased with the work. He was on time, clean and done quickly.
