All work was done to an extremely high standard and if I had a concern, Kent immediately addressed it with his subcontractors and corrections were made to my satisfaction. I would use no one else for my home repairs and remodeling. They are consummate professionals, easy to deal with and honest.

KNP was professional and wonderful to work with during the entire process. The entire staff of KNP and all of the employees that came to our home was very professional, very well-mannered and performed an excellent job on the outside and inside. They took great pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were very happy with the work performed. KNP was very prompt with getting the work done in a timely manner without cutting any corners on the quality of work. They listened to what we needed and understood our need to get the job done quickly, efficiently, and stay within our budget. They offered suggestions and made the process go quickly and smoothly. They were very successful with dealing with our insurance company, which was no easy task. I was impressed that the roofers and KNP staff showed up on a Saturday morning as promised and worked extremely hard during freezing cold weather and only stopped to take a quick lunch break. We are very pleased with the way the home looks and extremely pleased with all of the employees. Everyone was very professional and reliable. KNP has a great crew.

The experience could not have been easier or better. KNP handled every detail, including a resubmission of my insurance claim so I could get additional money due to me. They arrived promptly for every meeting, supervised the workers they hired to complete the work, started when they promised, finished promptly, and assured the workers cleaned everything up. Among the projects completed were: a new roof, with improvements to lower my utility bills and improve my insurability (a radiant barrier), a new porch cover, new gutters, removal of a huge tree stump, repair of soffits, and a beautiful new fence. This was a big job, which I had delayed completing because I really didn't know where to start. I had absolutely no worries or concerns about anything. They provided excellent suggestions. The entire project took about a week. Not only has it fixed the damaged, it is beautified my home beyond belief.

A guy came and asked about our roof because it had been damaged by hail. Then Ken and Pam came to us and helped with the whole process from dealing with the insurance company to getting the work done, to referring us to a new insurance company.

They talked to the insurance company and explained what needed to be done. Started on time every day and did a great job. They cleaned everything up each day then came back a few weeks later to make sure everything was still ok. This is a very professional company.

KnP arrived on time and did a good job. They got their at 7 am and were done by 11am. They cleaned up and the roof looks great.

First of all the owner responded to my call for a quick fix of a shingle that was blown off. He did a full inspection of the roof and found that I had a lot of damage from hail and encouraged me to call my insurance company.He later met with the insurance companies inspector at my house as the inspector verified the findings of hail damage.
The inspectors report was approved by the insurance company and an initial payment was sent promply. We agreed on a date to start work depending on the weather. The work started at 7:00 AM with a full complement of workers who quickly removed the old roof and the new roof was on before dark! Cleanup was thorough and there was no damage to shrubs or lawn.
I am really pleased with KNP!

After a major wind and hail storm that damaged our roof and our fence, our insurance company determined that we needed a new roof. They did a wonderful job! They were very professional and respectful of our home. They also dealt directly with the insurance company for us. When the insurance company tried to get out of paying for new materials (they wanted KNP to reuse materials) they said absolutely not. I would highly recommend KNP to anyone needing a trustworthy roofing company.

Ken and Pam were very professional and replaced are roof with a high quality roof for a good price. The installation was on schedule as planned. The installation team did a great job. Ken or another supervisor was on the job most of the time insuring every thing was done as instructed. We have two dogs that needed to be let out in the fenced area by the house as they were removing and putting on the roof. They were very nice about clearing the area so I could let the dogs out to potty through out the day. The area was cleaned up and all old roofing materials were carried off and yard swept for any nails ect. I would highly recommend this company.

The entire process was labor intensive but went smoothly and was done efficiently. The installation was done very professionally and at one point in time the owner noted one particular thing was done incorrectly. He directed the installers to remove the material and do it over the right way. This was very impressive. Most contractors would have left it and said that it was fine. Personally we would not have known that it was done incorrectly and would have never noticed it but the owner told us that his workers had made a mistake and that it would be corrected. The new roof looks beautiful and will no doubt last because it was installed correctly. The porch roof decking had rotted due to improper installation of the Decra shingle and after the repairs were made the correct type of roofing material was used to bring the roof up to code. We should no longer have the problem of leaking after it rains.
Note: I waited to finish this review because a minor issue came up and we had to call the contractor back out to look at an area of concern. He came out very quickly after the call and resolved our issue. This is a company to turn to to get things done the right way!

Excellent. The contractor worked with the insurance company. (1 1/2 months to get paid) showed up the day they said they would,1 day to replace, next next cleaned up.

After as serious hail storm (almost baseball sized hail) in early April 2012 my wife and I decided that we needed to have the roof inspected for damage. With a recommendation from a trusted family member we contacted K.N.P. Construction and Remodeling about 10 days to 2 weeks after the storm.
The next day the company's Project Manager was on our roof assessing the damage. Afterwards, he took the time to explain his findings to us clearly and concisely while providing us with our options.
After entering into a contract, K.N.P was able to execute 90+ percent of the interaction with our insurance company (Nationwide). K.N.P. was able to schedule the Nationwide adjuster inspection within the week, and followed through with the insurance company to assure all needed technical / financial details were handled. I received funding from the insurance company on Wednesday, May 2nd.
K.N.P. removed and replaced our roof on Monday, May 7th. On the day of the roof replacement, both K.N.P. Owners and the Project Manager were on the property the entire day. The work performed was excellent. K.N.P replaced the original plastic roof air vents (commonly installed on tract homes, like mine) with a more efficient Ridge Cap vent system.
We now have a new 25-year roof with an upgraded attic venting system and the entire process took little effort and no stress on my part, and in the end we had absolutely no out of pocket expenses!
My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience with K.N.P Construction & Remodeling and highly recommend them to anyone with similar needs. It's been a pleasure working with Pam Lovelace and Kent Clifton.
