"Ms. [Member name removed], I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you had in reaching our company. I searched my phone records (every call incoming and outgoing... to/from our organization is cataloged with phone number,date and time stamps) and I can see where you placed a 2 calls to us on 9/15/2015, one at 11:57 AM and one at 11:58 . Both show as a missed calls. I returned your call at 12:12 PM,14 min later and reached you. I remember the conversation very clearly. You stated that you had already found someone else to help you and hung up. It is unfortunate that at that time you did not address with me the difficulty you were having reaching someone within our organization, I would have done my level best to rectify the situation, however 2 calls within one minute of each other does not constitute "have been trying to reach them all morning", as you have stated in your review. As KnP ownership and staff were tied up with other customers at that particular 2 minute span when you called, with myself personally calling you back within 15 minutes of your call , I feel that the "F" rating you gave our company was unfair and unjustified. I also feel you have not expressed the clear truth about your experience with KnP Construction. You only called us twice within 1 min of each other (not ALL MORNING as you stated, and I returned your call within a reasonable amount of time. You did not give us the opportunity to actually have any real true "experience" with my company and I wish you all the best in the future Ms. [Member name removed]. Yes.. you did indeed have quite a few issues occurring at your home prior to our arrival, and Yes...there were a few minor issues we had during our construction, but as is our policy, we want to always keep our customers fully informed as those issues arise.
