This team installed my AC a few years back. With moving and everything writing a review must have fallen off my radar. But I really should have. This team is super responsive, thoughtful, and professional. I called them at 3:45 on a Friday because I didn't service my AC and the drain got clogged. They asked if I could hold out until morning to let the attic cool off. If I had asked I am sure they would have been there that night. Sitting in cooled off house in less than 18 hours. Canceling my AHS appointment that wouldn't have been here until Monday.

I’ve been using TM Air Conditioning & Heating for 15 years now. Thomas is a person of integrity, a straight shooter, and above all does the job right. Over the years for me he has installed a new AC unit, a water heater and provided routine maintenance and repair. Additionally, Thomas is a mentor to youth. Over the years he brings a young apprentice helper to not only help your needs but helps them get a leg up for the future. I highly, highly recommend TM Air!

Our air conditioning system finally stopped working as soon as it started to get hot outside. We were referred to Thomas with TM/AC and Heating through a family friend. He was able to give us a great price for new equipment then scheduled a time to get the job done. Him and his guys came out and got us back up and running quicker than we expected! I would definitely recommend them if you're having any air conditioning issues.

It wen very well. Mr. McClaude was very nice and a real gentleman. It was awfully hot and he was worried about me. He was very kind and even offered to put me up at a hotel or motel to make sure i would be okay. That was above the cll of duty. I thanked him and told him i was going to stay with my daughter and son-in-law until the next morning. Mr. McClaude was there early to get started. He finished the job and made sue that all was working properly and cooling before he left.
