I had previously hired a man who obviously did not know what he was doing, just made a mess and wasted my time and money but, I called Tile & Grout Solutions and told them I needed help ASAP and they responded right away. "The installers were exceptional and the end results were great. The sales man went on vacation shortly after we paid for the hardwoods and installation and turned us over to someone in house who didn't always respond to my calls promptly. Regarding the carpet pad we wish we had picked a more premium higher grade pad but the salesman acted as if the medium grade would be cushy and it's not as plush as we prefer and gladly would have paid more for the plush pad. I would grade both the carpet installers and the hardwood installers an A and the salesman and front office a B - ."

"I had purchased tile and I only needed installation of it. I had received multiple bids and all of them were ridiculously high for this small of a job. I contacted RC Tile for a quote. Ruben responded the same day. The next morning I had a written quote and the following week the tile was installed. My husband and I did the demo of removing the carpet and cleaning the floors. Monday, 10-31-16, the tile was placed in my home office and hallway closet. Tuesday, 11-1-16, grouting was done. I wish all my home remodels had gone this smoothly! I highly recommend RC Tile. There still are fair and honest businesses left in Austin and he is one of them."

"Installers showed up on the day they were scheduled. But they did not finish the job. Additional workers came the next day to finish installing the floor. They moved all furniture and re-positioned it where I wanted it. They even installed new toilets at no extra cost to me. I will call them again if I need work on my outside porch."
