The sales man went on vacation shortly after we paid for the hardwoods and installation and turned us over to someone in house who didn't always respond to my calls promptly. Ruben responded the same day. The next morning I had a written quote and the following week the tile was installed. My husband and I did the demo of removing the carpet and cleaning the floors.
