We contacted Sanchez Fence about replacing the wooden fence around the back yard. The owner, Oscar, contacted me shortly after I submitted a work request on his website. He came to the house and provided us with a free estimate. He didn’t take any form of payment up front. He and his crew did a fantastic job. The crew was respectful of our property and that of the neighbors. The fence is beautiful; we even had them install a rail on the front steps. Oscar was responsive. No matter how busy, he texted or called back as quickly as possible. If we ever need another fence, we’ll be sure to call Sanchez Fence.

Oscar was very responsive. I had to even cancel the initial day of installation due to not having HOA approval. I was worried that it would take months to get the workers back but it only took a little over a week to reschedule once I had approval and they were done in half a day. I would recommend Oscar to anyone. They were very professional and the fence looks great.

We highly recommend Oscar for any metal railing you need done. He was so easy to work with! The Details: • He quotes the project how it “should” be built and not necessarily the cheapest way (cores into concrete as well as welds connections instead of bracketing). • No payment is expected upfront; instead, you pay upon job completion. • Very responsive!! … And I mean VERY! I don’t think I ever had to wait more than a few minutes after texting him before he would respond in writing or give me a call. • Oscar has a great, easygoing attitude - a joy to work with! It’s evident how much Oscar cares about the project and wants to leave his customers happy. Seriously, give him a call!

Fence looks absolutely amazing! If you need an iron fence installed on top of a stone wall this is the company to use. They can core drill the stone and place cement the posts into the stone. It's a really good look.

The crew removed the 90 feet of existing, rusted and failing metal fence and installed 90 feet of new, four foot metal fencing, including a new gate and locking latch all in one day. The pricing quote we got was similar to the other quotes we received. Sanchez was responsive during the entire process. We asked to have the fence before spring break, but our expectations were far exceeded when they put it up in only two days! It is a pretty long fence so I was amazed at how fast they could put it up. The quality looks beautiful and the workers were super nice the whole time they were here. Would absolutely recommend.

Right from the beginning to completing the job Oscar and team were quite responsive. In our situation there was a need for clean up of some areas and they did do a good job without charging extra for those services. In regards to fencing Oscar was quite responsive while giving quote, to scheduling and completing the job as committed. Oscar did not take the advance before commencing the job and we paid only after completing it. I would recommend their services (for fencing) to any homeowner considering installing the fence.

These guys have been installing new fencing all around my community and I can see why so many neighbors pick Sanchez Fencing. I contacted them for a fencing quote after seeing them all over the neighborhood and they responded immediately and were here the next day getting me a quote. Oscar was great keeping me informed of the process. They installed really quickly and with perfection, very happy with the end results. I have a small dog and they even installed a high quality puppy wire to keep my pup from escaping. Highly recommended and very competitive with their pricing, you will be happy going with these guys.
