Bath Time RenovationsThe finished product was beautiful! It was done very professionally. Mike has lots of experience installing and renovating, especially in renovating bathrooms and showers. My only advice would be for the client to 1) FIRST, get a sample of the tile you want to use for your shower stall. Bring it into your bathroom and make sure it looks in THAT light the way you want it to. (At the store, the lighting can make the colors of tiles appear a bit different than they will look in your bathroom at home.) 2) Assume that renovating a bathroom and/or shower will be a major renovation! Remove virtually EVERYTHING from the room and the adjacent room(s), and what is too huge to move, cover with plastic or cloth drop cloths. Renovations, no matter how "limited" are big, often complex, usually messy/dusty jobs and it is up to the client to clear away as much furniture, clothing, art objects, etc. for the workmen as possible and to cover and protect floors, carpets, etc. Also, leave a nice, open, clear path for the workmen in your house and with access to your garage. They work quickly. They don't have time to do a lot of moving of things...that is up to you. Agree upon what is YOUR responsibility and what is theirs beforehand. The workmen are honest, prompt and professional. The results will be terrific. I also recommend using the reasonably priced "Floor and Decor" for your renovations. Again, just make sure you take home a couple of samples of tiles and/or flooring so you can see how they look in YOUR home with YOUR lighting! Mike Thompson gave me a great price on excellent work. I highly recommend Mike Thompson and "Bath Time Renovations". He is a very experienced professional.- DONNA R.

Kitchens Designed by Vivienne LLCIt would be impossible to fully articulate how fantastic this experience was. Vivienne was amazing from the first time we met her when she explained her process, to designing multiple designs and spending the time to talk to us and tweak the designs until we had decided on one. Once the design work was done, she was involved in EVERY stop of the process. When cabinets arrived, she was here to meet the delivery, check to make sure everything was delivered and in good shape. During cabinet and countertop installation she came by almost daily to make sure the install was going as planned without issue. The other amazing thing about Vivienne is that when it comes time to choose flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplash and fixtures - she does not just have suggestions of where to go, she has specific individual people she has a relationship with that help guide your decisions. At each visit Vivienne was there, helping to make decisions and on occasion coming up with the completely outside of the box idea to leave no stone unturned. When it was all done, we ended up with the gourmet kitchen we have always dreamed of with much less stress and less difficult than we ever dreamed. Garage ConceptsI can not say enough good things about the job Garage Concepts did on our garage floor. I am an aerospace engineer and can be a bit demanding of contractors. They exceeded all my expectations. We have had dozens of contractors in our newer home over the past few years and no one has been more friendly, professional, punctual, efficient and communicative than this team. The told me exactly what was going to happen and did exactly that. They hit a few unexpected issues with my particular floor and handled them quickly without changing their price or finish time. I definitely wanted the polyaspartic finish rather than epoxy based on the higher durability and better look. My husband and I walked in and were greeted promptly by a young woman associate. We asked questions and she said she would call the manager. I was with her, and hubby was across store looking at product. Mgr bee-lined to hubby, ignoring me, and spoke to hubby directly. I walked over to them and mgr continued to talk to hubby exclusively. Hubby finally looked at me, asked me a question and I spoke to mgr. He dismissively answered my questions and comments, but made it clear I was out of line. We left. BTW, mgr was clearly from a culture that did not acknowledge a woman's place in the public square. Too bad we never got the info we needed to see if they could do our job.

The sales rep was very good. He followed through with everything and really help choose the right color and find the best quality and fit for our application. The installers worked very quickly, they were thorough and cleaned up very well. They even found where there were additional work needed(old tiles under old carpet) and they contacted us and worked with us to get that taken care of as well.

Steven did a fantastic job with a less than desirable starting condition. He was prompt, courteous (he called me by name every time he spoke to me), and professional. He placed paper down to protect my hardwood floors in other areas of the house he had to cross to do the job, he vacuumed the area, and he even cleaned the shower doors after installation. He answered every question we had, even if asked after standard business hours, and the shower looks amazing! 5 stars!
