First a technician came with wrong model then another with wrong part, eventually just stopped responding completely. At the last minute, we also found out the toilet flange needed to be replaced. Again, Angi’s to the rescue and we found Augerpros. They responded fast and did the job very professionally. In 2 days since we started searching , our toilet was repaired annd new one installed. Cost was also reasonable compared to Lowes who had no customer service. Highly recommend."

"I am very selective and careful with who I do business with. I have worked with 5 other plumbers over the last 5 years, and with large and small companies. Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground. My other plumber contacts said they could get out there in 2-3 days, but Martin showed up in a few hours after my call and completed this major work the same day. Despite his fast service, the work is top-notch quality and the pricing is fair. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and I know can count on him to provide an honest expert opinion. A true pleasure working with him. Can't recommend Martin with Longhorn Plumbing enough."
