"Outstanding service. Water softener was installed quickly at a very reasonable price by a friendly experienced and very knowledgeable technician. I will recommend this company to family and friends."

"The sales rep took several water testsâ ¦ The sales rep took several water tests and showed me the results. She told me that I needed more than just a water softener. I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."

"The blockage was successful unstopped, but the oil and grease was left all over my driveway and my flowerbeds were a mess. It was way too expensive for a mess to be made of this magnitude. It was nearly 400.00 dollars for less than 30 minutes work. I was left to clean up the mess. This just wasn’t right."

"Ralph and Jake did a great job installing our water softener. Once we decided to get a filter/Softener system my wife and I did some internet homework and had 3 companies come out and quote for us. Jake provided the best quote, most comprehensive and he was extremely knowledgeable. East Plano is known for hard water and it can cause problems with appliances and caused dry, itchy skin. The install went great, they were on time and cleaned the site when complete. In just one day we could tell the difference. I really recommend this company and these guys."

"George presented us with different filtration system. We went with Green Water Filtration System and at an affordable price without a big hole in the wallet. Installation was done smoothly within a week."

"TL:DR The American-made equipment works very well. The company ultimately assured the installation was complete and correct. But it was a rocky road. It was easy to schedule an appointment with a sales person. He spent a lot of time trying to sell me a system, when in fact I'd already done my research and knew I wanted to buy their products if they could improve my water quality. The salesman was able to give me measurements of dissolved solids and pH, which was important to me. Installation was fast; within about a week, our system was in place! Unfortunately, the installation did not pass inspection. When I contacted EcoWater Texas about the problem, the owner said the inspector was being unreasonable, and this had never happened before. He said he was uncomfortable having his plumber do the work the inspector required, and I would have to find someone else to do it. He said he'd pay the cost if it was reasonable. I contacted the inspector to get a detailed explanation of the work to be done. The inspector came over and gave me a red tag, formally failing the installation. He said I should call EcoWater Texas and tell them I had the tag, and if I submitted the tag to the licensing board they'd make it right. When I did that, EcoWater Texas agreed to find a plumber to do the work and cover the costs. The new plumber finished the installation, and it passed inspection. I then asked EcoWater Texas to test my water to make sure the system was working as advertised. This took a little time, but the salesman returned and did the testing. That's when I learned the system was only treating half my water! The rest entered the house in a different place. Apparently EcoWater Texas didn't check for that when they did the original installation. So EcoWater Texas had the second plumber come back and tie in the rest of the house water. The entire process took several months."

"The Water Event staff is always helpful and courteous. Also, I have recommended this company's home and office water filtration systems to several of my friends and everyone has loved the difference in the water quality thanks to Water Event."
