Retracting my previous review, they asked for a rating before they finished the job, in which required cleaning the mortar from the bricks, I assumed they wouldn't have left this mess unfinished, but they did, I hired them to repair a house leak, they made leak worse, had to pay for a company that knew what they were doing, it was fishy, that they had no intentions of coming back to finish, 5K FOR NOTHING! this is why I was asked to leave a good review after they left, and I did, prematurely, didn't know they were not coming back, so they just thought they would take my money, and make the leak worse, in which was the problem, they hammered into the side brick, when the actual leak was in an area just under the roofing, I won't make any recommendations here, but I got ripped off big time, my Insurance company wouldn't cover, but recommended a company that fixed the leak for another $700.00, I couldn't leave a good review for this guy as previously posted, I had to correct.

DO NOT USE Ryan Williams and his ?company?, Texas Native Aquatics.(It?s not a registered company nor is he a licensed contractor nor is he insured) We found him on Yelp to fix a spa leak (later realized several of the Yelp reviews he wrote himself) We started discussing some remodeling & he quickly assured us he could fill in the deep end to make a Baja shelf, bubblers, etc in 7-10 days. We paid half down. Then it started..?hey I?ve got some leftover tile if you want to replace your tile priced at $4000.? I said no thanks. ?ok, can you do $2500?? Next was ?hey, if you are changing that, you might want to modernize your coping. Can get a great deal if you can pay today.? We always felt pressured to quickly make a decision and it was always I need you to pay that part now. Three months passed and we were still not even close to being finished. Ryan way underestimated the time, expenses and complexity of the project. Let him go after 3 weeks of not hearing from him. He was in jail!

Provider tried different ways to get the mailbox off the ground, he then used a machine that broke the mailbox into 100 pieces and left because he had other jobs to do . He told me he would have someone give me an estimate on a new mailbox but then he didn t follow through.

These guys are the BEST!!!! not only did they disassemble part of my house to fix a leak, they also lifted my damaged sidewalk all in 1 day, to say impressed would be an understatement, this is your company , they can do it all, they do Swimming pools also, rated as one of the best in the DFW, is why I hired them, I used another company before calling Aquatics, they had no idea how to fix the water leak coming in from the outside bricked areas, they removed the damaged part, and used specially designed equipment to assess the damage, they saved me hundreds of dollars with their fantastic prices, they came out the day I called, expecting just an estimate, they began working within 5 minutes, these guys are very determined to get the problem solved, and that they did, "Above and Beyond" is my review, I highly recommend.

Pool remodel swapping out an old vinyl liner for a new one and changing out the coping or tiling for a new pattern or color. They did a great job getting it done efficiently and timing wise. Also Ryan is great with communicating during the whole process.

Not only did Ryan complete my remodel in a timely fashion but went over and beyond to make sure I understood everything and even calls just to check and make sure I am satisfied with the after product. I would definitely recommend to anyone to call Ryan before making any decisions about remodel. Outstanding customer service

Great customer service & Ryan and his people did a great job installing a in ground spa.

Ryan was very professional and friendly. I inquired on Sunday, he diagnosed on Monday and it the pool pump was replaced on Tuesday. Would definitely recommend he be at the top of your list.

If youâ re searching for an experienced pool company to upgrade your outdated pool like mine, Ryan and his team are a fabulous choice. My husband contacted him on yelp and he responded in less than 3 minutes! We were extremely impressed. He made availability for us the very next day and started that weekend. He also doesnâ t mind working weekends, which worked out for us. Now, our pool looks modern and sophisticated. If I could rate him higher than five stars, believe me, I would!

They responded quickly and were able to do the job in 24 hours! Did an excellent job I am very happy.

I highly recommend Ryan and his crew. He has seven guys that work directly under him, and subcontracts the best crews for specific projects. He comes from a pool builders background and has tons of experience. I couldnâ  t be happier with my renovation. I upgraded my pool equipment to the newest technology, upgraded pebble interior and LED lights. My neighbor had Ryan put in an outdoor kitchen with the big green egg, a pergola and rope lights. Give his 5-star work a shot for yourself!
