I called for a mailbox lock that needed to be replaced. My Locksmith William arrived on time and provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond. I spoke with Joey at their office and he also provided exceptional customer service. This is a top notch Company and I would recommended them to anyone needing a Locksmith.

Excellent. The tech notified me early in the morning that he would arrive on time. When at my house he quickly diagnosed the problem and the proceeded to apply the fix.

Immediate response, quick service and nice guy. I wasn’t crazy about the price, but it was comparable to others. And to be fair, I locked myself out of my house on a Sunday. Since I had just purchased this house, he also rekeyed all the locks while he was here. With no prior appointment, I was pleased.

I put in the request for a locksmith Sunday morning. Adam called me that same day and we made an appointment for Monday at 2:00 p.m. He called me around 12:15 because he could be there earlier and we agreed to meet. He was very friendly, professional and fast. He re-keyed three sets of locks very quickly, and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend AJ Locksmith.

Adam was prompt, even called to see he could be here earlier, very clean and knowable .

The only negative is that the locksmith should have brought a small vacuum to clean up the mess he made
