I also needed to match hardware to fit my personal taste. Dylan came on time for my appointment, and was prepared with everything needed for the job. After he started the work, I asked if I could add a door lock that I had neglected to include, and Dylan had no problem making a quick run to the warehouse to pick up what I wanted, and had all three of my doors finished and secure in one afternoon.
