Dylan at 911 Locksmith and Security is experienced, knowledgeable, and professional with locks and security. I wanted to replace key locks with keyless entry on three doors. I also needed to match hardware to fit my personal taste. Dylan came on time for my appointment, and was prepared with everything needed for the job. After he started the work, I asked if I could add a door lock that I had neglected to include, and Dylan had no problem making a quick run to the warehouse to pick up what I wanted, and had all three of my doors finished and secure in one afternoon. "This is the best locksmith I’ve ever used actually managed a restaurant for 30 years and he was a lot better than that locksmith that we would have at the restaurant, but this is for personal use. I lost my keys to the car and he actually came out to the house open the car cut me a new key which is a high tech key and I had my daughter‘s Jeep. She lost a spare set of her key fob programmed, a new key fob and only charged me 275 bucks for the trip charge and two smart three smart keys and all programmed definitely called these guys. I had another estimate of 980 bucks and he charged me 275. He said the other was a scam just take advantage of the programming. Super Fast service . 15 mins to come to my house"

"Based on the work that was done at my home between April 17, 2025 and April 21, 2025, I strongly recommend Jopat General Contracting (JPC) and in particular John Oke . JPC is based in Aubrey Texas (940–202–0103) and John is one of the three co-owners. I discovered JPC through a search on Angi. I wanted a recommendation for help in the next two days. John replaced three burned out LED light fixtures in our kitchen ceiling. Intricate wiring had to be sorted out and prepped before new LED light fixtures could be wired in. We also had multiple problems in our master bathroom requiring a diagnosis and replacement of a malfunctioning shower head and tub faucet. We also needed shelves for a corner of that bathroom. John showed up on time on three occasions and kept us informed with texts and verbal explanations. He had to make multiple trips to a Home Depot in Roanoke for needed supplies because of problems he discovered. There was no additional charge for those trips beyond the original estimate. I doubt he anticipated that multiple trips for supplies would be needed but he never tried to assess an additional charge. I've gone into this detail to explain why I feel like strongly recommending John and JPC. In short, I feel like the work was well done and reasonably priced and done efficiently with multiple problems diagnosed and fixed. Alan Laufman"
