The lock I got has a wifi component. Neil insisted on staying until we were sure that the lock would work, which it did not. After several attempts to get it to work, Neil volunteered to go pick up another lock from the store for me after I purchased it online. Neil went above and beyond on this project! I am totally satisfied with the quality of work done on my doors. I had additional deadbolts added to three doors. Neil drilled the holes and installed the locks in a timely fashion. He came back the next day to fill in a few gaps around the faceplates with wood putty. He is a stickler for perfection. Neil was very personable and accommodating. I would highly recommend him for your lock needs.
