"Thank you."
"Thank you so much, Maggie! It was a pleasure working with you."
"It was a pleasure working with you!"
"Thank you for the kind words, it was a pleasure working with you! Good luck with the new home and give us a call if you ever have any questions!"
"Ada, We received your email over the weekend before you wrote this review and have been unable to contact you in regards to your issues. It is now the end of the day Monday and we will continue to try to contact you, you may also reach our owner via email at [email protected] or via cell phone at 214-713-7320 and he will help you out personally. We are sorry to hear about these unresolved issues. The last time we spoke everything was fine. We were able to help you with your foundation issues by designing a plan that worked within your very strict budget. We reduced your biggest variance of 4.8 inches from center to 0.6 inches while staying within our engineering requirements. We were even able to install a few extra piers free of charge and work with our flooring contractor to re-stretch your carpet at no cost to you. To address some of these specific issues: 1) The additional movement you seem to be having could be a result of the plumbing damage you had, something we have no control over, as it can take many months for that excessive water to dry out which can cause shifting in the supporting soils. We have offered to come take a look at that for you, but are just waiting on your reply for coordination. 2) As soon as we received your email about the concrete a crew was tasked with retrieving it from your property this week. I do not believe it was placed there to be hidden, but more likely placed out of the way and unfortunately forgotten about. It might also be the stepping ledge, which we can also place back in the correct location. 3) We actually take a variety of pictures before we do any repairs, some of them are included in your repair design and the others are kept in our files. You are more than welcome to have a copy of them if you would like to see them to compare. 4) We require our English speaking project managers to be present at all of our installations for a majority of the time. However, sometimes they must leave to go purchase additional supplies for example. Because most of our workers primary language is Spanish, we prefer to communicate to them with that to assure that the project is completed correctly with no misunderstandings. Anything important our crew members are instructed to call our project managers, however sometimes our crew likes to practice their English to talk about their work or to ask to plug an extension cable inside for example. Again, we are sorry about this miscommunication and not meeting your expectations. As stated before, we wish to make contact with you to address them, but are just waiting on your reply."
