"Loved how my fence turned out. Marvin is a true professional. I highly recommend him to anyone wishing to get a fence installed. The quality of his work is outstanding. I requested for a privacy wooden fence on both sides and a wrought iron fence for the front. I was also getting the driveway repaved at the same time I wanted the fence up. Marvin made it a point to coordinate with the other contractor to ensure the best job was done the first time and neither party had to return a second time because they could have accidentally gotten in one another’s way. Marvin provided follow up communication along the process to ensure that I was informed on why something was or was not occurring. He got the job done! I receive many compliments when people drive by."

"The Service was scheduled for June 19 , a cloudy day. We were concerned about painting the fence on a day where there could be potential rain during or later on. We called the owner of "As good as new" and expressed our concern. The owner was very accommodating and explained that the paint they used was a quick drying kind that would dry out in about 10 mins. He also indicated that we had a 1 year warranty on their jobs in case we were not satisfied
The two guys that came to do the painting were highly courteous and friendly as well. They too explained the process in great detail and further alleviated our concerns.
Our house backs up to a pond (part of HOA) and we have a pool on our side of the fence. We had indicated this as part of the service requesting process, and had the pool covered, but the two guys further covered the retaining wall and all the landscaping.  One guy held up a huge board to catch as much of the over spray as possible while the other guy sprayed. There was minimal amounts of over-spray (due to the wind) with all the care they took. They even went over to our neighbors and had explained to them that they would be painting and may need to to get on the neighbors side to paint the shared side of the fence. We were very surprised by this pro activeness.
Our wrought iron fence that was an eyesore before, looks brand new now. They cleaned up really well once done.  When we checked after they were done, there were a few spots that  needed a retouch up and when we pointed this out, they were very accommodating. As they had indicated the paint had dried up in a matter of mins. We were extremely satisfied with the whole experience. We liked them so much, that we are considering this company for further work around our property.
They proceeded to powerwash the fence

Wrought Iron questions, answered by experts

Deer can crawl under a fence if it has a gap of around 6 inches or more. Make sure to close all gaps at the bottom of your fence to keep deer out, and the bottom of the material should be tightly secured, or the deer will push right through it. As an added benefit, closing shorter gaps at the bottom of a fence can also keep rabbits out of your yard.

Yes, fence posts need to be installed below the frost line to ensure stability and prevent heaving caused by freezing and thawing cycles. The frost line is the depth at which soil freezes during winter. By placing posts below this line, often around 3 to 4 feet deep or as recommended for your specific region, you reduce the risk of the ground shifting, which can lead to leaning or unstable fences. Adequate depth provides better anchoring and helps maintain the fence's integrity, ensuring it remains secure and upright throughout changing seasons.

Wrought iron fencing is the most expensive type of fence. Expect to pay between about $25 to $35 per linear foot for a wrought iron fence panel. The cost of installing a wood fence varies depending on the quality of the wood, but you can expect to pay between $1 and $15 per linear foot for the lumber.

The most common type of metal fence today is one made of either steel or aluminum. These materials are relatively easy to fabricate, making them much more cost-effective than traditional metal fencing handmade from wrought iron. They’re also much lighter and easier to install, contributing to their affordability and making them more DIY-friendly.

Installing a fence when the ground is frozen presents challenges, but it's possible with the right approach. First, mark and measure the fence line accurately. Use a power auger or manual post-hole digger to create holes in the frozen ground, ideally when it's less rigid during warmer parts of the day. Consider using pre-made fence post anchors or driving metal posts into the ground. Ensure posts are secure with concrete for stability. Allow extra time for the concrete to cure. Additionally, be cautious of frost heave, which may affect post-alignment. Installing in milder winter conditions is often more manageable.
