I called Eurasian and spoke to Leo. I was looking for an inspection of a car to make sure it was road safe. I was willing to pay and asked how much the inspection would be. Leo made a point of telling me there was no charge for the inspection. I took the car in. He called later and told me I needed $1,700 worth of repairs. I was not prepared to pay that and asked how long that estimate was good for so I could think about it. He told me 30 days. I had my daughter pick up the car. Leo charged her $50. He told her we had agreed to that. We had not. He had even sent me an invoice with a $0 balance. This is not about the $50. I had offered to pay. This is about dishonesty. I guess I will keep looking for a mechanic I can trust. So should you

It was a wonderful experience. I have an older Toyota and this place specializes in older Toyota's. They did a wonderful job. I am very happy that I found them. In fact, my car is getting ready to go back and get some more work that they identified that needed to be done. I have a 1997 Toyota that has 270,000 miles on it and other than regular stuff, it's in perfect shape.

Eurasian Auto Repair did a great job fixing my daughter's car. She ran into a pole and dented the fender and hood of here Honda Accord. They gave me an estimate and had the car fixed within a week. It looks great and my daughter is happy to have her car back. The team there was really professional and made the entire process easy to understand and I am completely satisfied. Thank you!

This is the first time we've taken our Volvo for service at other than the local Volvo dealer. Background: Had taken our Volvo to the San Antonio Volvo dealership after noticing a recurring oil leak from the engine compartment on our garage floor. Their diagnosis was a leaking power steering pump with an estimated repair cost of around $1500. In addition, we had just taken the car to the Volvo dealership in Dec for a new state inspection and rear running light bulb error message...ended up spending $1260 for new thermostat, drive belt, brake fluid service, and rear light wiring harness. We'd had a similar repair bill from the Volvo dealership in Sep for over $1500.
Given the high repair costs, we decided it was time to look elsewhere for Volvo repair service, so we found Eurasian Auto Repair on Angie's List. Called Eurasian and spoke with Mr Rob Blessing and set up an appointment for the following day. Dropped off the Volvo and Rob called back later saying the power steering pump was indeed leaking and replacement would cost around $750 (vs $1500 at Volvo). Said they'd also found problems with the front axle boots plus the rear light bulb was missing. Gave him the OK for the repair, and they finished up the work in less than 2 days (they had to go out for the parts).
Rob clearly explained everything and was very professional. He even called back a few days after we picked up the car to see if everything was OK. My wife drives the car and says "no problems."
I give Eurasian high marks for responsiveness, professionalism, customer service, and punctuality. Will definitely take our Volvo back to them for future service.

After calling many windshield repair places, the lowest quote was $733. John replaced the windshield for $510.00. This included the rain-sensing wiper package. I've used John for several repairs and I called him to set up an appointment. He called me the following day to let me know he could get my windshield and I could bring my car in the following day. I dropped my car off after work one evening and picked it up the next evening. The work was complete, my car inspected, and it was ready for me when I got there. I find his location is convenient and easy to find. John and his staff are honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the quality of their work and happiness of their customers.

This was the 2nd repair of one of my rear windows; the first one was on the opposite side of the car and was performed by BMW. BMW charged $537.74 (6/13/13). For the same repair, John charged $418.15 (8/29/13). This was my first experience with Eurasion Auto Repair. I called for an appointment; when I arrived with my vehicle, I discussed my window issue with John. He explained what he expected to be the problem and what he would do to fix it, as well as the expected cost. I thought John was very knowledgeable about my specific car so any concerns I had about repairs being made by anyone other than BMW disappeared. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable asking questions. The repair took one day. I dropped my vehicle off late evening and picked it up the next evening. The window worked fine. It was a pleasant experience and will use him again. I have recommended him to my friends needing auto repair.

Exceptional service provider. Have used Eurasian for routine scheduled maintenance in the past based on Angies List feedback. If you have a BMW in San Antonio that is out of warranty, then Eurasian is the clear alternative to the local BMW dealer. Very detailed explanation of what the issue was and clear explanation of costs (parts and labor). Kept me informed of timeline for repair. Vehicle went in "spotless" and came out "spotless". John, Robert and Sarah are a very professional and skilled team. Nobody likes to have a problem with their vehicle, but Eurasian is the place when you do. No upsell, just great work. There is a reason for their high ratings on Angie's List.

Alex and John were very helpful and informative. I just purchased a used BMW for my son and wanted to make sure everything was working properly. They took the time to explain important operating functions of the car to my son and I. We will definitely bring our car there again for servicing.

They figured out what was wrong and when I had to go back for rough idling, they realized it was an issue they could have fixed if caught the first time and didn't charge labor for that repair.

I have been using Eurasian Auto repair for years for my 1990 BMW and have always had excellent service. John is the manager and he is very personable and friendly. They are usally very timely and can get you in quickly. I feel that John is the glue to Eurasian Auto and as long as he's there, I will be too!
