He came to the job site the next day, came back 2 days later took more measurements, gave me a quote, and said they would be there on Thursday to start the job. They didn't show up and didn't call to explain a delay. I called on Friday, they asked if they could come Saturday, I told them we couldn't work on Saturdays, I've been calling for 2 weeks. Josh won't answer my calls or call me back. I've given this seemingly nice guy every opportunity to make this right before I posted this negative review.
