"If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"

"They initally came out on December 30th to make the replacement. To access the valve they had to cut through the sheetrock in my livingroom so that they could access it. They made the replacement and everything seemed to be working smoothly that day. I was even able to get the wall repaired by a drywall company with no issues. On January 5th I noticed that the tub faucet was dripping so I called Moen after checking the product booklet. They explained that the most likely issue was a faulty cartridge but it could also be caused by an obstruction in the line created during the valve installation. Moen told me that I should receive the cartridge the next day so after I hung up with them, I called Parker & Sons to have them replace the cartridge. They put me on the schedule for January 8th after 1:00 PM. They also told me to call in if I received the cartridge earlier, which I did and they said that I was still on the schedule for the after 1:00 PM on the 8th. 1:00 PM came and went and nobody ever showed up nor did I receive a call. I called them back this morning at 7:15 AM because their website said that they opened at 7:00 AM, the phone just rang continuously so I hung up. I ended up calling about approximately an hour later (somewhere around 8:15 AM) and got the same woman that I had spoken to to set up my appointment the day before. I asked her what happened yesterday, she apologized and hemmed-and-hawed- and went to get her boss. To my knowledge, I did then speak with Jim Parker who told me that the same plumber who initially did the valve replacement would be out within the hour to change the cartridge. He never once apologized or offered an explanation for why they missed the appointment on the 8th. I said that it would be ok for the plumber to come over and we ended the conversation. About an hour later, a plumber from Parker & Sons (not the same one I intially had as was promised) arrived to do the work. He was polite and did a good job I was just surprised to see a new face when I was promised the same plumber as I had had before."
