We called two places ADT Authorized Dealer - Safe Haven and New Security INC. Bill Wood from ADT Authorized Dealer approached us in August 2019 after buying new house. Many of us have had that one teacher who makes it all click together they are often energetic and fun seemingly always at the top of their game. Bill's smile, genuine personality and willingness to teach difficult subjects to us made him the clear choice a 2nd time this summer when we installed ADT. "Frontpoint great in selling me my new security monitoring system and they gave me a great discount. I needed to install this system myself and they were also very helpful in helping me when I was making mistakes during installation (guess what? it seems that the numbering of the sensors does matter!). But it is the billing where they are falling short. First of all, you need to keep a credit card on file with them - let's hope that they do a good job at protecting my information. Second, when I added my bank account info so that they could just debit my checking account for my monthly service charge ($44.99), they completely botched that up. They called me to tell me that my credit union denied the payment but when I called my credit union, they told me that no attempt to debit my account had been made. Ultimately Frontpoint charged my credit card for the April payment (which is actually unacceptable to me). My credit union advised that I was better off using their web bill pay system but it seems that I am unable to do that. My only choice with Frontpoint is to give them my credit card and bank account info so that they can charge my account each month - there is no way for me to send the money myself. Last thing - I was not actually able to talk to someone from Billing - only was able to talk to a "customer service rep" who could not explain what really happened. Let's hope that the May payment goes better..."

"We just replaced our outdated and expensive security system with Smith Thompson Security. Our contacts with sales and support were friendly and helpful. The installation technician said our old system was usable and up-gradable to the new technology. We added cameras as well. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and full of tips on using the system. Total monthly cost for this new improved security was about half of what we were paying out to the old national company. So far, we are very, very pleased with our choice."

"Our home was broken into on Wednesday and on Friday I called around for an alarm company to come to install. I priced over 4 companies and Point Security was the best we got all our doors monitored, glass sensor, motion sensor, and the latest up to date touch key pad, we opted for the mobile app since to add that was so low in price as well. I loved it they were so nice and friendly and even their tech was really nice and explained everything for me. "That's the name I am vaguely familiar with; it's a home security company that is license to ADT franchise or dealer if I am correct.  They were very good.  They were prompt; they were quality.  The individuals move their business.  They were very timely and it was a good experience."

"I needed to add insulation over my existing insulation so I wanted to get 3 estimates. Mr. Manuel Contreras Owner of Insulation Works was the first person I scheduled. He did a thorough inspection of every square foot of my attic and recommended all the old insulation be removed because it was contaminated with varmint feces which smelled really bad. He showed me photos of everything he saw including a couple of dead rats and recommended my attic be sanitized and deodorized to remove all odors and bacteria which were a health hazard before installation of any new insulation. He said he would use an Ozone Machine in my attic to ensure all odors and bacteria were removed. Mr. Contreras gave me a quote for R38 Fiberglass Insulation to increase my home's energy efficiency. He informed me of an available CPS Rebate and said he was a CPS Approved Installer and offered to assist me in filing for the rebate which made it easy for me right away. Mr. Contreras told me Insulation Works is a Family Business doing business in the San Antonio area for over 20 Years and that he strictly adheres to the principle of doing the job right the first time every time and at a fair competitive price. I was very impressed with his knowledge and I felt so confident with him that I decided to let him do the job without obtaining any further quotes and we scheduled the work. His schedule was busy, out a couple of weeks but he offered to do the work on a Sunday which I greatly appreciated. After the work was done my attic looked Amazing and smelled as fresh as the inside of our home. He even left several rulers to show the height measurement of the fiberglass insulation. He cleaned thoroughly after the job and even sanitized my Furnace and Water Heater Closets at no extra charge and when he noticed my exterior doors needed new weather stripping he replaced the old weather stripping on three doors as a courtesy at no cost to me. It's an understatement to say Insulation Works provided me Professionl Service done right. Without any question I will use his company again and I Highly Recommend Insulation Works to anyone interested in having their attic insulated the Professional way."

"Jose (the owner) came promptly within the window the provided me. He came identified the problem and started to melt the ice of the cooling fan of the "twin cooling" system. He stayed and hour and a half to finish the job. The refrigerator works great again and I was very happy with his work and professionalism. He also put some "thing" (i don't know the technical term) back into its rightful place, he explained to me it was misaligned and would not work correctly. I apparently caused the fan to become iced because I was not always closing the door closed tight and that caused extra moisture to ice over the fan. He programmed the refrigerator to sound an alarm when the door was left open too long so this could not happen again. It's the little details like that that really count when speaking of customer service. Thanks Jose!
