Long story short, the contractor completely screwed us over and used this company as a cover to do so, however, Mike did everything within his power to make it right. Jacob completed the job perfectly. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company for your repair needs.

They do not tell you about credit card fees before you pay. They had told me that they would not charge the credit card fee because I was refusing to pay it as they did not tell me before hand so I could get a check or cash together. After I received the receipt I then saw they in fact changed me the fee. This company is not up front and honest about charges.

I do not particularly like that the estimate was nowhere near what I had to pay. I realize that more work was necessary than we originally thought. The issue I have is there is no **menu pricing** presentation. Dollars are just what seems randomly picked out of the blue. Oh for that it is $$$ and then for that it is $$, plus you will need this $$$$= $$$$$$$$$. I have the folks in my garage, stuff already disassembled, they could say I need a nuclear reactor for 2 million dollars. How would I know if the price is appropriate? You would think they would have a price list that they could present to you and say look- You need this and that and here are our prices. It was a bit like an auction (maybe not the best example) but do I hear $100, $250... you get the idea. The contractor should have a pre-printed pricing menu that they can present showing what is needed and the price for the item and labor. Not just start rattling off amounts. I was NOT happy about that!
