He was quick and quiet and made sure to show me how everything worked.
I don't know the general going rate for this but I thought it was a little price-y for a smaller job, although, I would pay it again to have the same respectful service.
"I'm sorry you are not satisfied with the placement of your tv out in the patio area. It's very important, to avoid situations like these, to always be present when we perform our work. Unfortunately in this case you were not. Your husband, however, was, and we talked at length about where the TV was to be mounted. You misrepresented a few things in your review about us... 1) your husband was indeed there throughout the entire span of the installation 2) your husband and I talked at great length about the placement of the TV, and I expressed my concern to him about how low he wanted it 3) your husband, on seeing the finished TV on your wall, liked the placement of where the TV is hung You said he left after writing the check but before seeing the final result...this is not true. He left after we hung the TV but before we packed our tools. He made the decision to mount it at that exact same spot, and I verified with him several times about how low it may look. He said he would have a better view from the BBQ location with the TV at that height. When he saw the completed work he said it was perfect, wrote the check, then left to return to work. Maybe this is what you meant to write in your review? We always ask that the home owner be there to avoid any situations like this, but unfortunately you were not home, and you left it up to your husband to determine where the TV would be placed. He chose, but you did not like "his" decision. Please don't blame us and make up lies about our work when in fact the blame, if there should be any, lies squarely on you. We did say we would return to remove and remount it for you, but like you said "there was no hurry in doing this" since we are in the peak holiday season. But please be aware that if you do chose to have us return to remove and reinstall your TV for you we will have to charge you for this. We spend time, gas, and labor to my installers, as well as pulling us from other work. In the end, your TV was hung exactly where your husband requested it to be, he was extremely happy and excited about it, and happily paid us for our service. Any dislikes for the TV placement should be made with him, not us."

Sometimes life happens and we may get side-railed, but we always try to look for a workable solution.
