Landscape Soil, Sand, Mulch and Rock Delivery
Talks a big game to get the job, but does not deliver. Cuts corners and does not communicate. Did not complete the job and had to bring in another contractor to complete the work. Installed items I told him I did not want. Had to be redone. Even got a letter from a rental company wanting to put a lien on my property because he did not pay for rental equipment used on my job.

Unresponsive to repair a major mistake on this building. Overall from one side is nice looking. BUT - They framed the 18 foot wide door 2 inches out of square and mounted the door 3 inches off from side to side. How do you even do this on a steel building? It will not roll up! Jams against the frame in just a few feet and is very obviously out of alignment. Trying since July 2023 to get them to fix it. It's now the end of Nov 2023 and no fix so far. Cruz said they would fix it not done to date. MTZ Metal Buildings and Porch or Carport (whatever it is today) is not the way to go! It shows and can be seen from the road! The metal posts and porch do not exactly line up with the slab offset. It happens without specific blue prints. I have other projects planned but need a builder not associated with this one. NOT happy about this one!
