"It appears this company engages in misleading sales tactics to trap customers into automatic yearly contract renewals. As many other Google reviewers have pointed out, they never clearly explain that the contract renews automatically each year. If you want to cancel, you're required to do so in writing, 30 days before the renewal dateâ otherwise, you're locked into another year of service. While we were remodeling our home, I tried to cancel the service by phone. However, Christian offered to pause the contract for six months, which seemed helpful at the time. In hindsight, itâ s clear this was just a tactic to keep us tied to the contract. Despite numerous conversations with Christian, he never once mentioned the critical details about how to properly cancel or the automatic renewal process. After over two years of not using the service, I called to officially cancel, only to be informed that I still had six months remaining on the contract. This lack of transparency and the constant hurdles to canceling the service are extremely frustrating. I would caution anyone considering this company to be aware of these practices."
