At our first meeting, he gave me a comprehensive overview of what needed to be done to repair/maintain my neglected (by previous owner) ten-year-old flagstone patio. He answered all my questions and it was clear from the get-go that he knew his stuff. I was also impressed with his attention to detail in performing the work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The project involved removing/repairing some crumbling masonry, re-pointing several areas, expansion joints (perfectly matching the existing work), power-washing and sealing. Part 2 was acid washing and power washing and resealing a separate red tile porch with tinted sealer, which completely erased all the white hard water stains (due to potted plants) from years past. Excellent work!"

He also suggested replacing the border with one that looked more natural and allowed better movement when the roots around the tree shifted. He was the most reasonable in price also. I am so pleased with how it turned out. Both flower beds look great and the stone border is very nice. I would totally use Landscape Innovations again.
