"We bought a 7 figure house in and added a mid 6 figure pool complex, only to learn that as a result of living downhill we had an underground river threatening out entire investment. After playing around with french drains and other simple measures we called in the owner, Mike of Advantage Drain. He played it straight with us, letting us know what it would take to save our property. It was not cheap, but his solution was commercial quality grade and what was needed.
