Michael Jason was great!!! I was out of town when my neighbor called me that there was water leaking on her ceiling from my upstairs bathroom. I have to rush home and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an emergency service and sent Michael late last night and he assessed and repaired the problem immediately. I called a lot of these 24hr Plumbing Co, I always get a promise the next available technician will come in the morning until I found Benjamin Franklin, who sends Mr. Jason and worked on it until after 1AM. So if you have a plumbing emergency that canâ t wait, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the place to call

Paid member of Angi, I call for clog toilet sewer drain was quoted a FIXED Price, when the service Benjamin Franklin asset the issue which took 20 minute, he gave me a price of $333.00 when Angi and other plumbers quote me $169.00 I feel like a bait and switch and had to pay him by credit card

They overcharged me for repairing leaky faucet outside home and repairing a broken PVC pipe outside home, which took only less than 15 minutes to replace and they charged me more than $400 by misrepresenting that both works takes time and difficult to do.

The came when expect and did a great job. They had great communications skills. I knew who was coming and when they were coming. I had a photo of the plumber too. They were on time (and he wore a mask). They are a bit pricy, but they showed and did a great job. I would hire them again. ;-)

Terrible service, went through multiple plumbers and finally got it sorted they ruined my floors and created a ton of repair work for me. Had to call multiple times to get their insurance involved. I am certainly not going to use this company ever again.
