Excellent customer service. We had a leaking roof, I got a call back from Casey right away and he was out there same day. He fixed the issue. Unfortunately there were more leaks as the week progressed and he returned several times, free of charge to ensure the problem was resolved. Casey has stayed in touch frequently to ensure all is well. Highly recommend!

Had leaking due to roof damage. Casey said they found the problem and quoted a price with "guaranteed" satisfaction. The price seemed high for the work, but the guarantee made it better. After making the repairs the leak remained, and when Casey came back out suddenly there was "another" issue that they didn't notice before. The charge for this "new" issue was almost as much as the original fee..so the guarantee didn't mean shit! Had other contractors/surveyors inspect the roof, and all said that the work was shotty and done incorrectly.This contractor is a con that over charges and under delivers. DO NOT waste your time or money with these people. Your bank account and stress levels will both take a hit!

"We completed the approved repair and followed up more than five times ? including texts you read but never replied to. Months later, you filed a dispute and still didn?t respond when we reached out again. No extra work was done without approval. The repair had a warranty we were ready to honor. No contractor reports were ever shared. I made every effort to make it right ? and I still will if you?re open to it."

I contacted several contractors for price estimates. I live out of state, so i needed someone I felt I could trust. Casey responded promptly. He was not only very courteous and respectful, he was clearly knowledgeable. He communicated with me at every level regarding the repair and timing. And the price was very reasonable. I will be contacting him in the future for other repairs as they are needed. I found Casey to be completely trustworthy and honest. It was a blessing and a pleasure to speak and do business with him. I had some water leakage due to missing shingles and couldn't afford a complete roof, and even the service call that day was a stretch. Casey agreed to fix my flashing and replace felt and shingles with surplus materials for the price I could afford. I'm anxiously awaiting a quote on the entire roof replacement, as well as extending it over my front porch. General Roofing has earned my business, and I can't wait to work with them again!
