Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. "CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom.
