Juan did an excellent job and was very complete and thorough with the installation. Did a wonderful job insulating the pipes, reconfiguring the pipes and putting in a drain pipe for the pan. After completion, he explained about the water heater, temperature settings and the pilot and answered all my questions. Great work and service!! Highly recommended!!"

More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work.
