"Our pool is 14 years old. The limestone coping was disintegrating. The plaster had lost its color and the tile waterfall wall was in bad shape. Aqua Tek Pools tore out the entire coping and tile wall in 1 day and replaced it the following day. The plaster was prep came the following day. After a rain delay of 1 day, they returned to re-plaster and started filling the pool immediately. The very next day the cool deck team arrived and completed their work in 2 days! Our pool looks brand new, no one would even know its age by looking at it. We have a new pool completed in just 6 days! Aqua Tek knows what they?re doing and their installers arrived on time and went about their business. They didn?t fiddle around! If you need a pool resurfaced your are with the Right Pool Company! The owner is straight forward and explains every detail of the project and he was actually on Site during the work! I strongly recommend Aqua Tek for your pool needs. "So very sad after YEARS of loyal service... sadly it has come to an end. I told Monica about my heat error 2 weeks ago, and the pump would only work intermittently after Johnnie installed it. Johnny came out today after repeated calls. I was busy on the phone.. he told me he was replacing the pump.. and then he said I was good to go.. said goodbye to LOLA my dog. Johnnie is very friendly. He shows up on time.. very important. As for the SUPERVISOR who answered tonight.. when the same heater error is on.. told me to get a new HEATER.. then proceeded to tell me to get a new HOTTUB. He also told me to buy a better HOT TUB.. I am sure that MASTER SPA will be glad to hear that. I have been a customer for 20-plus years. I have never called anywhere else. If I need a heater.. then let me know that at the appointment.. not on the phone 6 hours later, after Johnnie says you all set. The man on the phone acted as though he had been here.. NOOOO.. he had not. I told him that.. that I knew exactly who Johnnie was.. and that Johnnie rather liked my DOG. He told me that was not true.. he hated my DOG. I never write a negative review without trying to resolve the matter first. The supervisor would not give me the owner's phone number when I requested it. I think the supervisor needs some training in how to ONE.. Sell repairs.. TWO.. not to bash the very reason you're in business.. MASTER SPA has great reviews and is by far not a CHEAP hot tub. Was it worth it ?? I really would prefer you fix my hot tub. Even if it is at my expense.. that is for me to decide.. not the supervisor. If this is what it takes to get someone's attention. I asked for an owner's phone number.. this sad that it came to this. A simple apology might have made this situation a whole lot better."
