When we built our pool we didn't know where to turn for a pool service. Thank goodness I found Aqua Premier Pool Services! They do the best job with our pool and keep it very clean. Their customer service is the best as well! I definitely recommend this company and they earned the 5 star review from us.

Crystal Blue Pools has serviced our pool equipment several times over the past few years. Uriel is very knowledgeable and pleasant, and a hard worker who loves his job. He most recently replaced the pump motor at about half the cost estimated by another provider. We are very happy with the services.

So far so good. The pool is looking good. The maintenance guy shows up on time, does his job and leaves - no fuss.

Tech came out within a day, diagnosed "problems" and possible causes. He replaced many pieces but none of them solved the problem. The tech spent a lot of time here over the next 2-4 weeks, before finally having the manufacturer diagnose and fix the problem. It has worked great, but I had to pay to replace a buch of parts that probably didn't need to be replaced and could not use the hot tub for 4 weeks. I would use them again, just because of the effort the tech put forward.

Terribly. I am now spending more to fix the problems they caused than their service cost. I do not trust them to come back.

The friendly, knowledgeable and responsive staff turned our almost black pool water to the cleanest it has ever been in 2 days. Very happy with service so far.

It has gone great! The crew comes out once a weekly and cleans the pool, checks the water, and checks the pump equipment. If there is a service that needs to be done, for example a filter cleaning, they will let you know and ask if you would like it done. If you have any questions or requests, like installing a pool cleaner, they are happy to help. Very satisfied.

Scheduled 2 times, then I was told it was too far (15 miles).? Terrible.? Made me wait 10 days for a pool cleaning.

They come every Wednesday. I have been happy with everything. The maintenance is $560 for three months. I have renewed it several times.

It went great! He got my pool looking like new again and did an excellent job cleaning, scrubbing, and vacuuming the pool and spa. He replaced my cracked filter panels and set my timers to my liking. Very personable and respectful person. I'm so thankful to of found this company to service my pool every week that I can trust and depend on. It went well. They stayed until after 10 to finish up, and also came out the next day to clean up. They did a great job. They were very honest, detailed, and direct as well. I have a clean pool now.

Due to work around the house and the recent lousy weather, also the pool vac not working properly, lots of dirt and sand had ended up in the system and the pressure went up to 24. The pool water didn't look too bad, but a few algae had started growing. Based on the great ratings on Angie's List, I called Crystal Blue Pool yesterday morning, and the very nice lady in the office told me that someone would be here either the same day or this morning. Uriel, the owner, did come out last night as it was getting almost dark. It was too late for the filter cleaning by then, so he came back this morning just after 7am. This is BY FAR the best pool service I've ever seen (in 17+ years). Uriel knows his job in and out, and he clearly loves it. He is also a very pleasant person, who didn't mind me staying there, watching him work and asking questions that he patiently answered. I highly recommend Crystal Blue to anyone looking for a well-organized, reliable, knowledgeable and honest pool service.

The company contacted us within 1-2 business days after the contract was purchased via Angie's List to schedule the first service. Service was scheduled for the same week, on the day I requested. They followed up with contract details via email. They called me prior to the scheduled service to let me know they were on the way, and they arrived on schedule. The provider was personable and explained what he was going to do. I was shocked that he stayed and thoroughly cleaned the pool for the next 2.5 hours. I did not think such time would be needed, as the pool was not that bad, but he really did a thorough job. I was expecting something like 30 minutes I suppose. He even removed the baby protection fence to clean and replaced it when he was done. We were pleased with the work, and the office representative called us the following evening to follow up. In addition, she also contacted us prior to the next scheduled session to remind us to leave out the pool supplies we needed installed. In summary, we have been very pleased thus far with the services we purchased and with the communication from Crystal Blue Pool Services and would surely recommend them to others.
